This policy explains what personal data is collected through this website, why, and what rights you have over it. It is written to align with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish data-protection law.

1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What data is collected

• Contact-form data — when you submit the contact form, the information you provide is collected: your name, email address, and any website URL, budget range, referral source, selected services and message you include.
• Anti-spam data — a hidden honeypot field and, where enabled, a Cloudflare Turnstile challenge are used to filter automated submissions. Turnstile may process a token and your IP address to confirm you are human.
• Server logs — the hosting provider records standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and operation of the server.

No advertising trackers or profiling cookies are set by this site.

3. Why it is used, and the legal basis

• To respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare or perform a contract with you — legal basis: your consent (given when you submit the form) and/or steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract.
• To keep the site secure and prevent spam — legal basis: legitimate interest in protecting the website and its inbox.

4. How long it is kept

Contact-form messages are retained only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting working relationship, and are deleted when they are no longer required. Server logs are kept for a limited period by the hosting provider in line with their retention practices.

5. Who it is shared with

Your data is not sold. It may be processed by service providers acting on the controller's behalf, strictly to run this website: the hosting/email provider that stores the site and delivers form messages, and Cloudflare where the Turnstile anti-spam challenge is enabled. 6. International transfers

Some providers (for example Cloudflare, or Google Fonts if served from Google's CDN) may process data outside the EEA. Where that happens, transfers rely on the safeguards those providers offer, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these, email hi@antonsmolik.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) if you believe your data has been mishandled.
